Orders placed after 3pm Monday to Friday, will be dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be posted on Monday.
Due to recent changes to Royal Mail charges (our preferred delivery partner), we have had to update our delivery charges and destinations information.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ FULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.
There are several delivery options for you to chose when placing your order. Please ensure you choose the correct delivery option, so there is no delay in us processing your order.
Europe and Worldwide shipping information
Europe zones:
Unfortunately at the moment we can no longer ship to Europe. This is due to escalating postage charges and issues with delivery partners.
We are not able to deliver to the following EU destinations:-
Belarus, Russia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, San Marino, Faroe Islands, Serbia,Georgia, Tajikistan, Gibraltar, Greenland, Turkey, Iceland Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Kosovo, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Vatican City State, Liechtenstein
Worldwide destinations:-
World Zone 1
Covers all countries, not defined as being in Europe, World Zone 2 or World Zone 3.
World Zone 1
generally covers countries in North America (excluding the USA), South America, Africa, the Middle East, the Far East and South East Asia.
World Zone 2
This zone covers the following territories:
Australia, New Zealand
World Zone 3
This zone consists of the USA.
We are not able to deliver to the following worldwide destinations:-
Belau, British Indian Ocean Territory, Christmas Island (Indian Ocean), Christmas Island (Pacific Ocean) Cocos Islands, Cook Island Coral Sea Island, Fiji, French Polynesia, French South Antarctic Territory, Keeling, Kiribati, Macao, Nauru Island, New Caledonia, Antarctic Territory, Niue Island, Norfolk Island, Norwegian Antarctic Territory, Papua New Guinea, People's Democratic Republic of Laos, Pitcairn Island, Republic of Singapore, Solomon Islands, Tahiti, Tokelau Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, US Samoa, Western Samoa.
Damaged or missing items
Upon receipt of your order, please check as soon as possible. In the unlikely event of a damaged or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours. Any issues regarding damaged or missing items reported after this period cannot be rectified.
The team takes great care to package your order securely & correctly. However, once it leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of our delivery partner. If your parcel is badly damaged when it arrives, please either refuse delivery or open the parcel in the presence of the deliverer to inspect the items enclosed. If you accept delivery of a damaged parcel, please write ‘damaged’ when signing for the parcel.
In the unlikely event that any of the items in your order are damaged by the courier, please contact us on email - info@smartmultisports.com immediately. To receive a replacement or compensation, you will need to email or text us photos of the damaged items and packaging so that we are able to claim from our couriers. Please keep any damaged items in their original packaging, as the courier may need to inspect the parcel.
Please report any damages within 48 working hours, as we are unable to claim from couriers after this period, and therefore would be unable to provide compensation.
Order not received
If your order is not delivered within the estimated timescale (courier dependent), please contact us on email within 14 days of the dispatch date. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements (tracked orders only) if an order is first reported undelivered more than 14 days after the date of dispatch. Please choose 'tracked' option if you wish to track your delivery once we have dispatched. Unfortunately we aren't able to offer any refunds if an order is undelivered, when the 'untracked' shipping option was chosen at point of order. We strongly recommending the 'tracked' or 'signed for' option when choosing your shipping method, as once we have dispatched your order, we are reliant on the postal system, and aren't able to claim any compensation for untracked orders.
International orders
BREXIT UPDATE: Please be aware, if you are ordering from outside of the UK:
Any tax due on the items you purchase will be dependent on which tax class the goods belong to in your country of residence.
If local tax is due to be paid on your order, the forwarding delivery company will contact you prior to delivery.
IMPORTANT: By ordering from us you agree to pay the tax in your country. If a parcel is returned to us you will be liable for the delivery costs.
