Returns Policy

Smart Multisports are confident you will be happy with your products, however, should you be dissatisfied with a purchase from our website, you may return unused products in their original packaging and with any labels within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method excluding the cost of postage.

The cost of returning your purchase where we have sent the wrong item in error, or the item has arrived faulty / damaged / wrong size, will be refunded*. We recommend that you use ‘Royal Mail second class signed for’ to return your products. Smart Multisports will not reimburse any supplementary costs if you choose a delivery service other than the recommended one above.

Please include the delivery note which contains the order number and account details as well as a note detailing the reason for your return.

*Smart Multisports will use Royal Mail as our preferred delivery partner.
